I would like to share my experience with these guys, and God is my witness. My rig broke down and left me stranded on the side of the road because of an electrical issue. I was stuck for more than 24 hours in Iowa. Southern Tire Mart at the Pilot on I-80 was trying to tow my truck to the dealership, but they refused to even try to diagnose or fix the problem. Then I contacted 360 Diesel Repair, and unfortunately, I experienced basically the same thing, just with different people. They charged me for a job they didn’t even complete, and they never fixed my truck. They even refused to charge my batteries. I spent the whole night on the side of the road with no lights, no power, and no way to do anything. It was a complete nightmare. But in the end, I found these gentlemen, and at that moment, they honestly felt like angels sent to help me. They might be a little more expensive, but they are absolutely worth it. These people are professional, knowledgeable, and they really know what they’re doing. They don’t waste your time for no reason, and they will do everything they can to make sure you get back on the road, no matter what the situation is. Most importantly, they truly understand what it means to be a trucker broken down in the middle of nowhere. They understand the stress and the pressure we go through when our livelihood is sitting on the side of the road. I truly appreciate everything they did for me. Highly recommended! If you’re a trucker and you ever find yourself stranded, these are the people you want to call.

Was driving through Iowa when my van broke down in Walnut.  It was getting late on a Saturday night and when I googled car repair, Mudhollow was the only place still open at 7:30pm.  I called and they showed up to help me even though they don’t typically work on regular vehicles.  The gentleman was knowledgeable and professional and got me back on the road.  No charge!! Very quick , efficient and reliable service. One of hose connector came off from trailer brake chamber. I was not able to drive the truck and trailer and got stuck on i80. I called them and mechanic arrived within 30 minutes, fix it in 15 minutes.  I was back on the road within one hour. I called a mechanic to perform force regen, but when he arrived, he couldn't do it. He didn't charge me anything and even suggested I find a shop nearby. He's very knowledgeable and provides excellent service. I highly recommend calling this technician if you have any problems.
