Zep was very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. I came in to adjust my truck’s speed limiter, and he also helped diagnose my APU issue. He shared a lot of valuable information and didn’t even charge me for diagnosing the APU—he only charged me for adjusting the speed limiter. He even told me I could call him anytime if I had questions in the future. He’s a very kind, honest, and reliable mechanic who truly cares about helping his customers. Was driving through Iowa when my van broke down in Walnut. It was getting late on a Saturday night and when I googled car repair, Mudhollow was the only place still open at 7:30pm. I called and they showed up to help me even though they don’t typically work on regular vehicles. The gentleman was knowledgeable and professional and got me back on the road. No charge!! It was just the kindest thing anyone could do to help someone who had a few kids in the car and needed help. Thanks so much, Mudhollow!

Mudhollow Diesel Mechanic truly went above and beyond for us. We were stuck on the side of the road (I80) with a flat tire, and to make matters worse, our jack had broken.

He pulled over on his own, offered to help, and handled everything with kindness, courtesy, and professionalism. In a stressful situation, he made us feel safe and taken care of.

It is rare to come across someone who is not only skilled, but also genuinely willing to help people when they need it most. This is the kind of business that truly cares about people.

Very quick , efficient and reliable service. One of hose connector came off from trailer brake chamber. I was not able to drive the truck and trailer and got stuck on i80. I called them and mechanic arrived within 30 minutes, fix it in 15 minutes. I was back on the road within one hour. I would prefer calling this facility than calling loves or TA roadside service.

I called a mechanic to perform force regen, but when he arrived, he couldn't do it. He didn't charge me anything and even suggested I find a shop nearby.

He's very knowledgeable and provides excellent service. I highly recommend calling this technician if you have any problems.

Great old school mechanic. We appreciate the road service he did for us this morning. The other road service recommended changing the starter, but this gentleman came on scene, replaced one bolt, and made our starter working and engine running in just 13 minutes. Great job, Sir!

Stopped for gas, the Motorhome would not start. It cranked hard and strong! But would not start.

Found this shop, by a Google search. I confirmed their pricing minimum charges vie text message. Gave us a 30 minute ETA. Showed up in under 15 minutes.

He requested to see the gauges, while we tried to start it. To our shock it stared right up. We had tried more than a dozen times.

His thinking was we were running on fumes when we pulled in. Even though the display showed we had 25 more miles. Filling the tank also showed there was fuel in the tank, before pumping.

Got out my credit card. He refused to take it. Insisting, it was not necessary. Just to remember them. If we had problems again. While we are in this area

This extremely nice, young man confirmed their are still nice people in the world.

Zeb was fantastic. Upon first contact he said he would be there in 20minutes…he was there in 15. He diagnosed the problem, identified and secured the correct part and promptly installed it. This was not a minor fix, it was a high pressure fuel line, on the side of I80! Couldn’t have been more impressed. This guy knows his business.

Just had a roadside repair by a competitor that turned out to be incomplete. Spent the night doing research to find possible causes for the problem. Raised my hood to start and a mudhollow technician stopped to lend assistance. In less than 15 minutes he diagnosed the problem and identified another. Patched me up to get to a shop for the needed repairs. I knew exactly what needed to be done and he was right on everything. Trucks air system is better than it’s been in years. Definitely saved me both time $ and frustration! Very happy and impressed with their knowledge and dedication. They are the best choice in the Council Bluffs area for sure! Thank you!

We called them and they arrived within the hour from 30 miles away to repair our slide out on our RV. Parts were required to make the repair to no avail. We were ready to turn around and head back to Michigan. The technician implemented alternate analog system that has worked flawlessly on this trip as we are stopping every day to camp overnight. Broke down on the side of the road, Mudhollow passed by and saw me and stop to at least get us off the road. Got the truck running right away and explained to me what he thought might be wrong and didn't even charge or take the money I wanted to give!

I have had issues with my truck today, couldn’t do anything, thankfully I found Mudhollow, he is a giant, he came to me, reset all errors to at least let me get to the shop. HE DIDNT CHARGE ME ANYTHING, Even when I wanted to pay myself, he didn’t take it. He is a good man, honest and knowledgeable. I highly recommend to everyone who needs help, thank you Mud!

The technician went way beyond expectations to meet us after hours and order the necessary parts to install the following morning. Showed up at 7am at a truck stop and install the new parts and had us on the road 2 hours ahead of schedule. Awesome Job

Our RV trailer bearing failed on I-80. Luckily, Zeb met us on the side of the highway and saved the day! We had to wait for a part until the next morning but he met us first thing and got our axel changed quickly, teaching us things along the way. He was super cool dude, professional, kind and really knew what he was doing. Highly recommend!!

Semi Truck wouldn’t start. Was stuck in a truck-stop. Tried different things. I used to be a truck mechanic apparently not that good lol. Called Mudhollow for mobile repair. Service was excellent. They went out of their way to to reinstall a power inverter for me the second time at no cost after I had them install the wrong inverter. Their price was very fair.

If there were more starts, I'd give them too. Ran my semi out of fuel and had been trying to get it started back up after putting 10 gallons in for about 30min. Zeb just stopped as he was driving by, out of the kindness of his heart, and was the extra person I had been needing. Had the truck started back up in less than 5 minutes. Good people doing good things!

I wish I could give you guys more stars. My husband and I were moving from deep south Georgia to Montana for our jobs. This journey had already been so rough and on top of that our rv died on our trip. It's Sunday, 3 dogs and no idea what to do. My husband called this company and within 45 minutes you guys came out and not only fixed our flue pump on our rv. You flushed it and made sure we would have no further issues with it on the remainder of our trip. I cried so hard and was so thankful for a wonderful company who is not only personal, professional and knowledgeable but for just even being open on a Sunday along with driving out to us is amazing. Thank you so so so much for all of your help and for making this trip out a lot better. Highly recommend 👌
